DGAP-CMS: OSRAM Licht AG: Release of a capital market information

With ad hoc disclosure dated 14 May 2019 , OSRAM announced, that the Managing Board has resolved to discontinue the share buyback program that has started on 10 January 2019 . The decision was taken against the background of the comprehensive measures to increase the operational efficiency and to tighten administration and sales structures, which are being implemented due to the currently weak market and business situation.

As a consequence of the decision of the Managing Board dated 14 May 2019 , OSRAM terminated the buyback agreement concluded with the commissioned bank for the implementation of the buyback in accordance with the terms of the agreement. According to the final understanding between the parties now achieved, the bank may continue to acquire OSRAM shares until and including 28 May 2019 in line with the conditions published on 9 January 2019 .

Subsequent to the termination of the share buyback program on 28 May 2019 , OSRAM will announce in a separate concluding notification, how many shares at what average price have been acquired in total within the course of the share buyback program since 10 January 2019 .
