BELAGO1.2 is the latest variant in the ams OSRAM dot projector family offering higher dot count for improved resolution in 3D sensing. It is pin compatible with older Belago variants and offering higher maximum power in addition to 3x higher dot density.<br>BELAGO1.2 is following the high-quality standards of ams OSRAM offering a reliable solution for demanding environments.<br>The compact dot-projector for stereoscopic imaging is optimized for active stereo vision and structured light systems. With 15k dots in a pseudo-random pattern high-contrast and high-density dot pattern is achieved. The small footprint allows for an easy integration in mobile platforms and offers the the perfect power/size ratio. The high optical efficiency as well as the high VCSEL efficiency contribute to a low power consumption on system level.<br>With the built-in eye safety interlock feature it facilitates the implementation on system level.<br>3D sensing, 3D imaging, Machine Vision and Access Control are the main applications.

Mira016 is a compact 0.16MP Near IR enhanced global shutter image sensor designed for 2D and 3D consumer and industrial machine vision applications. The sensor has a small 2.79 µm pixel size with high sensitivity made possible by a state of the art BSI technology. The sensor has a MIPI CSI-2 interface to allow easy interfacing with a plethora of processors and FPGAs. With its small 1.8mm x 1.8mm size, configurability and high sensitivity both in visual as well as NIR wavelengths, the Mira016 is well suited for many 2D and 3D applications, including eye tracking in ARVR. Low active power and high sensitivity in NIR enables increased measurement range as well as overall system power consumption optimization which is key for battery powered consumer and industrial applications.

Mira130 is a global shutter CMOS image sensor with NIR enhancement of the QE. Target QE is 40% at 940nm, and 58% at 850nm. <br> It outputs monochrome images with an effective pixel array of 1080H × 1280V, and supports complex on-chip operations such as high dynamic range (HDR) mode, external triggering, windowing, horizontal or vertical mirroring. Its maximum frame rate is 120fps at a full image resolution. On-chip registers can be accessed via the standard I2C interface.

The dToF device is based on SPAD, TDC and histogram technology and achieves 5000 mm detection range. Due to its lens on the SPAD, it supports 3x3 multizone output data and a wide, dynamically adjustable, field of view. A multi-lens-array (MLA) inside the package above the VCSEL widens up the FoI (field of illumination). All processing of the raw data is performed on-chip and the TMF8820 provides distance information together with confidence values on its I2C interface.
