艾迈斯欧司朗的dToF传感器采用紧凑型完全集成模组,提供的测距功能快速、精确,距离可达5米。这些设备既有单点排列,也有多点排列,为各种距离测量应用提供了解决方案,包括移动设备的激光检测自动对焦(LDAF),增强安全性和实现计算节能的人体占位检测、电子锁和身份验证系统,以及家用和工业机器人的障碍物检测和防碰撞。

艾迈斯欧司朗的dToF传感器基于专有的SPAD(单光子雪崩光电二极管)像素设计和具有极窄脉冲宽度的时间数字转换器(TDC),可实时测量来自物体反射的940nm 垂直腔体表面发射激光(VCSEL)发射器的红外线的dToF。

艾迈斯欧司朗的dToF技术专为面向世界的移动设备和XR穿戴设备设计,与其他技术相比,可实现覆盖范围更大,功耗更低。为了最大程度地减少移动设备OEMs的集成工作量,我们的3D dToF系统提供了完整的技术栈——从光学传感到场景重建,以及与RGB摄像头的集成。
