关于Engage
作为OptoSuRe溢出活动的一部分，我们很高兴推出"Engage"这一开创性计划，旨在支持女性研究人员实现商业化目标。认识到女性在创业过程中面临的系统性障碍和性别偏见等独特挑战，提供额外支持以帮助她们克服这些障碍至关重要。
Engage是...
- 一项为期9周的培训计划，面向处于创业初期、希望将科学理念商业化的女性；
- 通过线上方式开展，覆盖全欧洲参与者；
- 完全免费；
- 无附加义务；
- 并可获得进一步创业与商业发展培训资格。
标准与收益
参与标准
该机会面向硕士、博士及博士后研究人员开放。申请人需对以下任一重点领域有浓厚兴趣：
- 光学与光子学；
- 微电子与光电子学（涵盖从组件到系统，再到可视化、照明、传感及医疗/健康等应用的整个价值链）；
- 数字化（不包括纯软件开发或纯机器学习/人工智能方法）；
- 智能制造；
- 将重点领域与可持续性、能源效率和资源效率相结合。

- 培养创新与成长思维，推动个人与职业发展；
- 运用方法论识别并利用研究成果中的商业机会；

结业认证
完成计划后，学员将获得25小时培训的结业证书。
学员规模
Engage项目是一个竞争性选拔活动，专为欧洲志存高远的女性研究者而设，最多将选出20名参与者。
费用
计划费用由艾迈斯欧司朗OptoSuRe全额资助，入选者无需承担任何成本。
知识产权
每位研究者完全保留其知识产权的所有权和控制权。这意味着在Engage计划活动前后产生的任何创新、发现或创作均归其个人所有。该政策鼓励研究者追求创新理念并保护其成果。
